Reflect on a time you "failed" at a part of an assignment.  Doesn't need to be an F just a time you missed the point of something.  What went wrong?  How do you feel the outcome would be different if you had understood the directions better?

I forgot to show my work in math and I missed half of points even though my answers were right. :) but I didn't really care because it was graded on participation, so yeah. :)

When I didn't study for the vocab part on the algebra final and I got a lot of them wrong. I think that If I had actually studied for the vocab, I would have gotten a higher grade.

Hi Dr. Ho!!!! Everyone be jealous because he is my second dadddddd!!! =]] haha. umm.. my failed assignment is when I totally failed a math test a long time ago. I just didn't study... and if I knew how to do it I probably wouldn't have gotten much wrong.

When i was in 7th grade, I had to do an ecosystem project where I had a group and we had to build an ecosystem. My group and I thought we had done everything correctly and the project followed the boundaries. But our teacher didn't tell us we had to write and essay on it.

On my language final this past semester, I forgot to write one of the essays. It was on the back side of the paper and I didn't see it. I think that I would have gotten a better grade if I had done it...obviously...lol

Just last quarter before Christmas when we had our finals well my math test. I though i had all the ways to do the problems. But i was wrong, i realized i failed it. What I did wrong was I guess I really didn't study as well as I hoped. If i studied better I would have gotten a good day. Bye :D

In fourth grade I didn't feel like studying for the Bible verse because I just didn't feel like doing it and I got an F and I didn't want to see how my parents would react so I threw it away. Luckily, I studied for all of the other quizzes, so it didn't affect my grade.

Many times, I have messed up on math problems, and then I have not done very good on assignments, or quizzes and tests. Sometimes, I get nervous during a test. I usually know how to do the problems, but the test doesn't reflect what I know

Lots of times I'll read the directions wrong (especially in math) and I'll do part of the problem or project wrong. Lots of times I'll get a test back with part of the directions underlined and a note saying to read the directions more carefully.

When I was in 7th grade we had this very hard computer test with a ton of notes. I didn't study until the night before, and I only studied for 30 minutes, so I got a F on it.

In seventh grade we had to take notes for a week and then we had a test over computer history. Mr Osborne said we didn't need to know dates or people but just the general topic. When we took the test however, it was not general info. We all failed!!!! It was horrible, it was the worst test ever! Even worse then math. Ugh!

I remember a test in 3rd where everyone did horrible. Our teacher was so mad at us, but we weren't really sure what we did wrong. It bugs me when you know you put the wrong answers as soon as you turn the test in.

When I was little, I took swimming lessons. They teacher started talking and of coarse, I didn't listen. She said go and I dove in. I got up and everyone was laughing. Next time, I will try to listen more.

When I am confused about something, I usually check with the teacher and ask them to clear up the question. There are a few tests in which I had asked my teacher to clear up a question, but the teacher wouldn't.
